英國Decanter五星超級酒莊 : Nicolas Rossignol選擇生物動力法種植，避免使用化學劑，並用人工採收，再經過嚴格的篩選，以確保葡萄品質。釀造時部分除梗，先進行1~2週的低溫浸泡，再換桶導入橡木桶，透過原生酵母酒精發酵。新桶比例約為40%~50%，裝瓶前不澄清也不過濾，保持葡萄原來的鮮活與酸度。
2014年 Deep, dark and floral – very inviting indeed. Less sweet, a wine with more muscle, late arriving intensity winds itself through dark structure. Long finishing, more mineral than fruit. Today a more intellectual wine, but I’m enjoying the ride. By Burgundy Report, Nov 2015.
2019年 (WA92-94 / AM90-92 / NM90-92) WA92-94 The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavières opens in the glass with pretty aromas of peonies, rose petals, sweet wild berries, orange rind, raw cocoa and forest floor. Medium to full-bodied, supple and perfumed, it's sumptuous and melting, with lively acids and a charming, enveloping profile. This is one of the most seductive wines in the range. AM90-92 Cool and airy aromas of rose petal, red berries, anise and earth give way to refined, energetic and attractively textured medium weight flavors that also exude evident minerality on the moderately complex, persistent and balanced finale. NM90-92 The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Lavières 1er Cru has a well-defined, sensual bouquet of black cherries, blueberry, violet and potpourri. The palate is well balanced, fleshy and plush.
