Tasting note |
An elegant, attractive wine, with a dark ruby color, red and black currant fruit and dusty, loamy soil undertones, this mid-weight, stylish red doesn’t have much substance or body, but is quite well-made and clearly represents an intelligent option in 2013, where extraction and power couldn’t be achieved because of the difficult conditions. By Robert Parker, Aug 2014.
Pretty blackberry and blueberry character with medium to full body, fine tannins and a fresh finish. By James Suckling, Apr 2014.
Damson plum and pomegranate notes glide through, with a light sandalwood spine and a twinge of savory on the finish. By Wine Spectator, Mar 2016. |
