A good wine is a question of balance. There must be great power in terms of aromas, there must be tannins and acidity in order to see them evolve without losing quality, but on the contrary flourishing. I want to offer the most natural wines possible by practicing the reasoned fight (do the least possible treatments) since always. And during their breeding, I use the most traditional methods possible. Finally, to keep all the structure of my wines, I do not do filtration or collage.
