This sake is made using the best Iwai Rice, grown exclusively in Kyoto Prefecture, and water from the famous Fushimizu spring. It's the same water that has sustained Kyoto's renowed tea culture and cuisine for centuries.
We use the artisan skill we've built up since establishing the Gekkeikan brewery in 1637 to draw out the delicate aromas and refined flavors our sake is known for.
Drink warm (40C/104F) or slightly chilled to best enjoy the subtle nuances contained within. |
