Tasting note |
In 1998, Cyril Testut took over the family Domain, established by his father Philippe Testut in 1967. The Domain and vineyards are located in the historic heart of the vineyards traditionally defined by the Cistercian monks. Highly developed root system of vines from Testut Domain draw deep richness of the soil mineral iodine which has led to the great reputation of this Chablis wine.
A simply stunning wine. Intense and complex with a taut structure, deep minerality and concentrated fruits. The oak supports the wine well and the finish boasts the steeliness and austerity of a great Grand Cru Chablis. |
