Features: The character "dragon" is written 4 times to form a single character that reads "tetsu". This is the kanji which has the most number of strokes. This symbolizes the Junmai Daiginjo sake which has been brewed carefully through a diligent process. Sake with Aiyama's unique softness and full, elegant finish.
