Location: The Beaujolais area is located to the South of Burgundy close to Lyon. Its size is 7 500 hectares which can produce red, rosé and white wines.
Vineyard Information: The Beaujolais soils are mainly composed of granite and produce fresh and fruity wines typical of the Gamay grape.
Vinification & Maturation: Different wines are sourced, vinified and aged in stainless steel vats in order to keep their fruitiness and freshness. Then they are put together before bottling.
Serving Tip: Grilled red tuna fish, grilled salmon, tataki beef, terrines, (rabbit, porc), moussaka, veal liver, fondue bourguignonne, tartar steak, roasted veal, duck breast salad, roasted guinea fowl, hard cheese.
