Tasting note |
A white with beautiful density and bright fruit. Full body and bright acidity. Very long, tight and strong at the end. Muscular. This ages in a combination of large and small barrels. Pure Sauvignon. By James Suckling, Mar 2018.
Creamy, citric, waxy and sophisticated. Lovely herbal notes, but the mix of flavours on the palate is beautifully complex and engaging. The fruit is so well restrained, yet it has the distinctive structure of Sauvignon Blanc. Fine powdery texture. Layers of delicious intensity on the finish. Already three dimensional -- even four, given time. 17.5/20 points By Richard Hemming @ Jancis Robinson.com, Apr 2018. |
