Luscious fruit was hand harvested, cold soaked and fermented on skins, then aged in French oak barriques for 10 months, producing a rich, complex, deep purple wine. Lifted red cherry with hints of violets and leather on the nose. Rich and concentrated on the palate with cherry and plums, with licorice and chocolate coming through. Lovely silky tannins, mouth-filing with a long linering finish. |
