Rilly-la-Montagne, Montagne de Reims , Coeur de Cuvée, Premier Cru 2002. Established in 1890, Vilmart is one of the few growers to cultivate their grapes organically and have most of the grapes juice fermented in large oak barrel (foudres) and the rest in small one, two and three years-old barrels. All the wines lies in the barrel for 10 months and are enriched through bâtonnage.
