Grape Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Tasting Note Grapes were 100% handpicked from a single vineyard “Rackley Vineyard”. Free run juice was drained after 3 hours of skin-contact. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is matured on lees in old French oak barriques.
