Tasting note |
We made The Procrastinator to celebrate the art of putting off to another day what could have been achieved today. It is named after John Harvey, the Patriarch of the Harvey Family who excels better than most in this all too common art.
The Procrastinator is made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon - grape varieties perfectly suited to the McLaren Vale climate. The wine is unashamedly loaded with red berry fruits like strawberries and raspberries and finishes with soft silky tannins - superb!
The wine will develop further in the bottle and with good cellaring will be enjoyed through to 2015. Wines sealed under screw cap will benefit from decanting.
