Nikka Yoichi Sherry and Sweet Cask Strength Distillery Release is a rare and highly sought after Nikka Yoichi Single Malt only released at the Distillery in Yoichi, on Japan's northern most island. It's a rare cask release and impossible to find except for those intrepid travellers that make the journey up to Yoichi for the once per year release of the series of single malts. A rare Japanese-market single malt expression of Yoichi. This series was named to reflect the style of whisky inside the bottle and the 'Sherry & Sweet' bottling is indicative of the high proportion of sherry casks used in the maturation.
