Elevage: Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels (15% new barrels) on fine lees for 10 to 12 months with batonnage stirring. Malolactic fermentation, joining if necessary, Kieselghur filtration, bottling.
Tasting Note: Scents of pear, fresh almonds, dry fruits. Greasy and powerful in the mouth. A wine to be served between five and ten years.
Terroir :Limestone, white marl. Planted on the summit of the Corton Mountain, below Ladoix. East/North-East Orientation. Terroir on a steep slope.
