2006年「夏酒ブーム」を巻き起こした東京・味ノマチダヤ様、そのプロジェクトから発売されました。 初年度は17蔵が仕込みに参加し、同業者がきき酒をしあって選抜した経緯のある商品です。
It was released from the project by Machidaya of Tokyo, who caused the “summer sake boom” in 2006. In the first year, 17 breweries participated in the preparation, and the same traders had a history of selecting sake from each other.
The gentle taste like a small bud and the cute acidity and lightness make it a perfect product for the summer when you are a little bit sick.
