波爾多Bordeaux 2018 3-Btls Set Chateau Paradis Casseuil 2018 (DBR Lafite) : The wines of Château Paradis Casseuil are characterized by their freshness, intense fruity and slightly woody aromas. They can be consumed within 2 to 3 years after harvest. The average production of Château Paradis Casseuil is 8,000 cases per year. The choice of a limited yield aims to guarantee high quality wines, respectful of the DBR (Lafite) style. Grapes: 70% Merlot & 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Note Chateau Odilon Baron Benjamin de Rothschild 2018 (DBR Lafite) : Very beautiful deep garnet color. The wine has an expressive nose marked by ripe, fresh fruits. Fine, slightly vanilla, notes of wood complete the bouquet after aeration. On the palate it is very elegant, where the coated tannins are tempered by a beautiful acidity. The whole is elegant, long, intense and gives way to a fruity and tasty finish. Grapes: 85% Merlot & 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Note Amiral de Beychevelle 2018 : Chateau Beychevelle's Second Wine : The rigorous selection process undergone by the grand vin results in the creation of its younger brother,Amiral de Beychevelle.Despite being made from young vines, Amiral de Beychevelle benefits from the same growing techniques, meticulous sorting, and traditional barrel ageing. It has the same elegance and finesse as its older brother, but reveals its character more quickly, offering wine-enthusiasts the full vivacity of its youth. It can be kept for up to fifteen years, depending on the vintage.
Winemaker Note 布根地Bourgogne 2017 3-Btls Set Domaine Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Ursules Monopole 2017 : Notes of wood toast, menthol, earth and red berry fruit liqueur combine with a pretty floral hint. There is fine intensity to the utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a lovely sense of underlying tension before terminating in a clean, focused and lingering if austere and serious finish that, like the Aux Cras, is clearly built-to-age. By Allen Meadows, Apr 2019/AM90-92 Louis Jadot Pommard 1er Cru Clos de la Commaraine 2017 : This is aromatically similar to the Pommard villages but with a bit more layering. The delicious, plump and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors possess plenty of punch and a taut muscularity before concluding in a firm, powerful and rustic finish. By Allen Meadows, Apr 2019 / AM90-92Bruno Colin Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2017 : Perhaps no family knows Chassagne-Montrachet as well as the large, extended Colin family. Bruno Colin grew up in the middle of it all, the fourth generation of vignerons in his branch. Here you have six different parcels spread out over all sides of the appellation, some with deeper clay soils, others with limestone predominance, some with younger vines, several with older vines. It's essentially a blend of a bit of everything Chassagne has to offer. There is citrus and minerality as well as the generosity, depth, and density we love in a Chassagne.
