Our Eileen Hardy range was created as a tribute to the great matriarch of the Hardy family. Her favourite colour, blue, can still be found on these wines that honour her significant contribution to Hardys.
One of Australia's finest Chardonnays, Eileen Hardy has benn created from two of the finest coll climate terroirs.: Yarra Valley and Tasmania. Complex aromas of white stonefruits, lemon curd, flinet and mineral characters lead into a palate displaying exceptional intensity of sweet fruit, oak and linear acidity.
