Barbera is a grape variety perfectly suited to the McLaren Vale wine region, producing wines of intensity and complexity that are able to compliment nearly any food.
The previous vintages of this wine have met with stunning success in both international and Australian wine competitors, being regarded among the best Barberas produced anywhere in the world. This wine continues that high standard.
The wine has intense aroma of raspberry, chocolate and cherry, and flavours on the palate are a mix of ripe berries with a hint of spicy complexity. |
