A Chardonnay driven blend of the 3 predominant Champagne grapes (57% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir 22% Pinot Meunier), this recent offering from Jacquesson is poised and shows a great purity. Based around the 2011 vintage but with 31% reserve wines, the very low dosage and extensive lees ageing give texture and complexity to back up the white fruit flavours and subtle spicy notes.
