The Masselina Estate stands, with over 12 hl, on a ridge of hills stretching out over the plain between Imola and Faenza, upstream from Castelbolognese. At the crossroads of historic, human and climatic factors, Masselina creates a perfect fusion of the best terroirs in Romagna producing high quality wines. The agri-environmental features’ co-incidence is combined with the painstaking vineyard management to let people appreciate the authentic taste of wine linked to tradition. The cultivated plots are of medium texture and about 150 meters high above sea level. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, into crates, taking advantage of the coolest times of day. |
