Moinette Brune is a top-fermented beer which undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. Its unusual colour, slightly dark verging on rusty red or fiery red is the result of brewing a blend of four special malts. The aromas of these special malts and fine hops create the dominant taste in this beer. Moinette brune manages to be both bitter and sweet with a light fruity touch. Real fermentation in the bottle, which will continue for many months in your cellar, will transform this product into a truly surprising beer.
