Humidity
Humidity between 60-70% is perfect to keep the cork moist and flexible. Refrigerator must be avoided because it generally
dehumidifies and cause faulty wine.
Vibration
Vibration should be avoided especially for sparkling & long-term aging wines with sediment. It is the concept which bottle
shock affect to the wine during long-haul transportation.
Positioning
Most wine should be stacked on their side to keep the cork moist. Champagne & Sparkling is exclusive from this rule and
safe to store it in upright position.
