In Saint Etienne de Lisse, to the east of Saint Emilion South-facing plateaux and hillsides with clay-limestone soils overlooking the Dordogne Valley, and extending from the hillsides of Saint Emilion Sustainable agriculture, "Guyot Double" pruning, green harvesting, leaf stripping. Grapes sorted by hand at the winery, plot-by-plot selection, temperature control, vatting time of around 3 weeks. Ageing potential of between 5 and 15 years depending on the vintage of 2009.
